The girls ETC sits as the next part of the pathway. The ETC is an FA funded program that replaced which was previously known as the RTC program. The ETC currently has 70 players from under 10 through to under 13. The ETC this year has:

• Revamped the curriculum to mirror the work going on with the Girls academy

• Introduced Futsal to add a new element to the curriculum.

• Set fixture dates across the year. 

• More opportunities for players to train across with the Girls academy
